The Acquisition Play

Seeing an emerging pattern in startups. Step one raise money. Step two acquire an operations heavy business. Step three automate it with AI. Step four, profit.

It’s interesting because most of the risk is upfront in raising money, and what you end up with at the end is a quite fast growing business with LOTS of free cash flow.

Will keep this short, but it’s quite an interesting pattern. Hoping to invest in more of these as long as the price is right.
